Milkshake and coffee were good, but no corona precautions were taken at our time 🤭🤔🤷‍♀️

Eating ice cream is always a pleasure at Fontanella. Sitting outside always has something of a holiday and dolce vita, seeing and being seen in the piazza. The ice cream selection is very diverse with new creations and tastes exceptionally good. While we like to compete with Italy in football, one has to admit without envy that the Italians make the best ice cream and this wonderful craftsmanship is perfectly mastered in this family business. For many years, this ice cream parlor in the pedestrian zone has often attracted us to linger and enjoy in summer. The attentive and very friendly service goes well with the always tasty ice cream. The Fontanella is a culinary gem in Passau and sitting on the terrace makes every summer a little more beautiful and the Bavarian sky a little bluer. We look forward to the next time!

This ice cream parlor knows how to lose guests. Bought two sundaes worth € 13.20 and sat on the chairs to eat this. The waiter then asked us either to order something to drink or to leave because it is not allowed. We bought our ice cream from you & are not even allowed to sit down - a cheek! You haven't even earned a star, the unfriendliness of the staff can't be beaten ... sometimes you should ask yourself whether you've chosen your profession correctly. Never again, I'll buy my ice cream elsewhere from now on.

Ice cream shop in the old town of Passau. Good and central location. Many seats available. Large selection of different types of ice cream, good ideas came up here. The prices are largely the same as at other ice cream parlors in Passau and are justified. Friendly staff. Especially in good weather there can be longer waiting times. The inside is a bit narrow, especially when there is a large crowd it is difficult to see all types of ice cream. Overall, this is a very good ice cream parlor, which is worth a visit when you are in Passau.

You can tell that they know that they always have customers. Full table from the previous guest, 15 minutes later it is cleared and disinfected. Without hello and a card, I should order right away. After waiting 10 minutes the card came. Unfortunately, the waiting time and politeness are also missing So I don't have to come here again
